Cova Promenade Precinct

Phorm architecture + design and Base Architects forged a professional alliance, working together to design the centerpiece of the Cova development at Hope Island on the Gold Coast as part of a select design competition for australand.

The design of The Promenade Precinct encompasses public green space and boardwalks along the marina, pavilion residences at the water's edge, waterside terraces and waterfront apartments, as well as restaurant, retail and recreation facilities.
