2006 - 2011

A sophisticated hybrid retail, commerical & residential project planned for Townsville's CBD. Five storeys above ground (2 levels sub-basement) the proposal has been informed from the offset with key energy efficient modelling (5 green star rating) in coalition with Ergon Energy and the Townsville City Council. The project is included in the national 'Solar Cities Program'. 

The opportunity for Phorm to introduce its design credentials into a mid-scale urban project. A climatically managed 'green walk' network of access ways and public space connect the tissues of Townsville's commercial, retail and cultural hubs.
