Yarrawonga Terrace

Yarrawonga Terrace is a high density, low-rise residential project, delivered amid a groundswell of “seachange” developments currently besieging tropical coastal communities such as Townsville. Situated on the steep climbs of Yarrawonga, the project site encompasses half of a newly constructed cul-de-sac. 

The project has been developed with equal consideration of the public amenity of the street and rear hillside community, and the individual amenity of the private residents. The project bears witness to the concepts of neighbourhood and amenity.
